How to get onboarded without GST/CIN?

Select “Proprietorship” as entity type when submitting KYC details.

Can I sign up on both rate cards?

No, only one rate card can be selected.

Which rate card should I choose?

Choose “Flat Pricing” for ₹90 (includes forward, RTO, COD). Use “Tiered pricing” if RTO/COD is low.

What documents are required for onboarding?

CIN, Cancelled cheque/passbook/bank statement, PAN, GST. Without GST, use PAN only.

Is the onboarding process different for Aggregators?

No, it is the same.

How much time does onboarding take?

24–48 working hours after document verification.

Which PAN card for Proprietorship?

Your personal PAN or company PAN.

Is there a security deposit?

No.

COD charged if not delivered?

No, only charged when collected.

Delivery time with Arha?

Depends on pickup pincodes.

Reattempts in pickup/delivery?

5 in first mile, 3 in last mile.

Can delivery be rescheduled?

Yes, if not marked RTO.

Do you deliver large shipments?

Currently up to 4kg only.

Pickup timing?

Book before 11 am for same-day pickup (working days).

Coverage area?

5K pickup pincodes, 15K delivery pincodes.

Air shipping available?

No.

One/Two Day Delivery?

Not active yet, launching soon.

Charged more than volumetric weight?

If proven, a credit note is issued.

Open box delivery available?

Not currently, but planned.

How to get support?

Raise a ticket via the portal.

Will I get a dedicated KAM?

Yes, if your shipping volume meets the threshold.

How can we integrate APIs effectively?

API documentation will be shared for integration.

Can I ship with Arha if I am integrated via Shopify/Unicommerce?

Yes, we are integrated with all major OMS/SaaS platforms like Shopify, Wix, and WooCommerce.

Do I receive compensation if my product gets lost?

COF will be provided if the shipment is insured.

What compensation can I get for lost/damaged products?

50% of shipment value or Rs 2000, whichever is lower.

How long does it take for cash remittance for COD orders?

Cash remittance happens every Thursday for items delivered by Tuesday.

Is there a minimum wallet recharge value ?

Yes you need to recharge with a minimum amount of Rs 500 to start generating AWB numbers.

Is there a limit to how much I can recharge?

No, there is no limit for the recharge.

Can wallet recharges be expired?

No, there is no expiry date for the wallet.

Is RVP available?

Yes.

Do you have COD Verify and WhatsApp MSG services?

Not active for Elite yet, but will be offered soon.
